This organically farmed blend combines Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%) from sun-soaked hillside vineyards stretching from the Vaison-la-Romaine basin into the Drôme region. Early-harvested, destemmed and crushed grapes are gently macerated for 20 days in stainless‐steel vats (20-24 °C), then aged in lined concrete vats for a cooler, more refined profile. The wine shows an intense ruby colour, a nose of ripe black fruits, and a palate where liquorice gently coats juicy black-currant and burlat-cherry notes. Perfect with charcuterie, roast meats or hearty stews.
