Made with an earlier ripening variety of Pinot Noir known locally as Pinot Madeleine from a single plot in an exposed valley South of the river. This has sweet ripe red and black fruits with notes of herbs and chocolate all of which leap out of the glass. 18 months in 2nd fill 225 litre barrels from Seguin Moreau. Only 4 barrels of this wine were produced. Drink 2024-2027+
