The Le Brun de Neuville La Croisée des Chemins Champagne is a gastronomic Champagne built around precision, texture, and a strong sense of place. Sourced from selected plots in the Côte de Sézanne and crafted with a single-vineyard approach, it brings together richness, freshness, and a subtle oxidative complexity.
Fresh citrus, white peach and orchard fruit lead into more layered notes of toasted brioche, hazelnut and a gentle spice from oak. The palate is structured yet refined, with a vinous character, fine mousse and a long, savoury finish.
A blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, with a high proportion of reserve wines, gives both freshness and depth. Partial fermentation in oak and incomplete malolactic fermentation preserve tension while adding texture. Extended ageing (around 70 months on lees under cork) builds complexity and finesse.
