Champagne Le Brun de Neuville, Autolyse Noir & Blancs

from £80.00

The Le Brun de Neuville Autolyse Champagne is a rare, long-aged cuvée that showcases the depth and complexity that only time can bring. Built on a 2008 base and aged for an extraordinary 14 years on lees, this is a Champagne defined by texture, richness, and precision.
Aromas of baked apple, citrus peel and toasted brioche lead into deeper notes of roasted nuts, pastry and a subtle savoury edge. The palate is layered and powerful yet beautifully controlled, with a fine mousse and a long, complex finish.
Extended ageing on lees (14 years) allows autolysis to fully develop, bringing incredible depth, creaminess and complexity to the wine. The Pinot Noir–led blend (86% Pinot Noir, 14% Chardonnay) gives structure and richness, balanced by freshness and lift.
