Cas’Amaro is a fresh and exciting wine project based in Portugal, started by Paulo Amaro, a wine lover with a background in design and business. Together with winemaker Ricardo Santos and a small, passionate team, they’re making beautifully expressive wines that really show off the character of Portugal’s diverse regions — from the crisp freshness of Vinho Verde to the depth and warmth of Alentejo.

They work with native grape varieties and keep things simple in the cellar, letting the vineyards speak for themselves. Each wine is made with care, minimal intervention, and a strong respect for nature. The team is all about authenticity, sustainability, and creating wines that feel true to their place — thoughtful, vibrant, and full of personality.
